HazelOS Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to represent your business to use HazelOS.

2. Services

HazelOS provides business management software, including but not limited to:

• Point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Inventory management
• Customer management
• Reporting and analytics
• Financial tracking
• Employee management
• Other related services

We may modify, improve, or discontinue certain features at any time.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Restricting unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

4. Ownership of Data

All data entered into HazelOS remains the property of the business that owns the account.

HazelOS does not sell customer data to third parties.

We may access data only when necessary to:

• Provide technical support;
• Investigate security incidents;
• Improve system performance;
• Comply with legal obligations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes;
• Attempt unauthorized access to the system;
• Interfere with the operation of the service;
• Introduce malicious software;
• Reverse engineer any portion of the platform.

6. Availability of Service

Although we strive to provide uninterrupted service, HazelOS does not guarantee continuous availability.

Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, network failures, and circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.

7. Fees and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription fees are payable according to the selected plan and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to HazelOS, including software, trademarks, designs, logos, documentation, and source code, belong to SavantLink Limited.

No part of the platform may be copied, distributed, or modified without written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HazelOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated.

Businesses may terminate their accounts at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
